We are all part of the skin of the earth. Living and breathing in these singular bodies makes us feel as if we might be separate. And we are. The inhale we are individuals, and in the exhale we settle into being part of something much larger than ourselves. We are made of the same stuff as all the other beings and materials of the earth. And there is an alchemy of life as we witness the cycles of the heart beat, the breath, the moon, the days, the years and the Millenia. There is an architecture of profound connection that permeates all things from atoms to cells, from ecosystems to planetary systems. Cherish the breath.
